Review Jetpack LLC offers software tools and automation for collecting and managing customer reviews, primarily through SMS and email.

Our services include access to campaign tools, customer engagement features, and review request systems.

2. Subscription & Billing

We offer two monthly subscription plans:

- Starter Plan: $99/month

- Growth Plan: $179/month

All subscriptions are month-to-month and cancel anytime by contacting support at [email protected].

No long-term contract is required.

3. Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee for new clients.

If you are not satisfied, you may request a full refund within your first 30 days of service.

No refunds are issued after the initial 30-day window.

4. Client Responsibilities

By using our service, you agree to the following:

- You will only upload or input contact information for real customers who have interacted with your business.

- You will only send messages to contacts who have provided prior consent to receive SMS and email communications.

- You are solely responsible for compliance with local, state, and federal laws regarding review requests, customer communications, and marketing.

5. Data Usage

We do not sell or share your data or your customer data with third parties.

We store and transmit customer information only as needed to fulfill your campaign actions.

You are responsible for safeguarding your account login credentials.

Review Jetpack LLC is not responsible for unauthorized access due to failure to secure your credentials.

6. Intellectual Property

All software, content, campaigns, and processes developed by Review Jetpack LLC are the intellectual property of the Company.

You may not copy, resell, or reverse-engineer any aspect of our platform or service.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for:

- Violation of these Terms

- Misuse of the platform (including spam or illegal behavior)

- Non-payment

You may cancel your subscription at any time.

Termination does not waive any outstanding balances due.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Review Jetpack LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits or data, arising out of your use of our Services.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Review Jetpack LLC from any claims, damages, losses, or liabilities arising from:

- Your misuse of the service

- Your violation of laws related to customer communication or review solicitation

- Any data you submit to our system

10. Dispute Resolution

All disputes shall be governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time.

Updates will be posted on this page, and continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
